Our Team

We aim to be somewhat different from the average company. We would hope that we offer more than just a job and a pay packet. We try and offer the best working experience we can. But, enough of the web speak, what do our team say...


If you want a little insight into the kind of company we aspire to be, then I would recommend reading ‘Maverick’ by Ricardo Semler. We don’t set much stall by things like job titles, hierarchy and reputations – we don’t massage egos as they seem to get in the way of innovation!

To be actively encouraged to take time out to research and innovate is just one of things which make the company a joy to work for.

What do I need to do now?

We are almost always hiring in one capacity or another so keep an eye on the 'Current Advertised Role' section opposite.
