A/B Testing
If you want to make a change to your web site to improve its usability, or to highlight a new feature, how do you know the changes you make are the right ones? A/B testing is a tried and tested method for measuring exactly what effect your changes have. The simple principal is to make two versions of your page A and B and to send some users to A and some to B. This allows you to measure the differences in the behavior of visitors seeing page A with visitors seeing page B.
By making small changes and measuring their effect in this way you can be sure you are making the right decisions and know you are getting value from the changes you make.

A blog (made from the words 'web log') is a website with regular articles often focused on a particular subject or person. They can be used in a more traditional 'press release' format or a much more informal 'diary' format.

Information Architecture
Websites and software are often very complex and contain thousands of pieces of information. For a person trying to find what they are looking for can be a daunting task, and often for you explaining your products and services can be more difficult than you expect. Information Architecture is about organising the functionality and content of a site or application into a structure that people are able to navigate intuitively.
Schematics / Prototypes
The Technology Studio use a planning tool called schematics, or prototypes, to plan, test and demonstrate the functionality and layout of your new website before a single line of code has been written. These allows us to be very accurate in our quoting, find any mistakes or issues before lots of money is wasted and ensure that our clients know exactly what we are proposing to build for them because they have already seen and used it.
To see an example of this tool in action please click here to see the prototype website for our client NovaLoca and then compare these to the final site at NovaLoca.com.
